Barry Wang
Barry is an experienced legal, corporate governance, and company secretarial adviser.
Barry is a Senior Associate in the Head Office Advisory Team. He serves clients in a wide range of sectors, including mining, industrials, financials, agribusiness, consumer discretionary, and infrastructure.
Barry brings a high level of client empathy and practical know-how from his most recent role as Deputy Company Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel at an ASX100 financial services group. He also completed a secondment at a major Australian bank earlier in his career at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer.

Background
Barry holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney. He is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
