Bella Borroni
Bella is a solicitor in our Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team, advising on renewable energy project development across Australia and the Asia‑Pacific.
Bella has experience spanning project development, acquisitions and divestments, project finance, commercial contracts and corporate governance, with work across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. Having gained significant in‑house experience at Recurrent Energy, Bella brings commercially grounded and collaborative advice tailored to the realities of the renewable energy market. Bella’s involvement engaging with key community stakeholders, including local councils and landowners, provides additional insight into strategies for transactional advice across the current energy market.

- The development and achievement of financial close for 171 MW Carwarp Energy Park hybrid solar and BESS project in Victoria*
- The development of 443 MWdc solar and 600 MWh BESS hybrid project, Sundown Energy Park, located in the New England Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) in New South Wales*

Bella holds a Bachelor of Global Studies and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University.
