Brian J. Primm works on corporate, banking and finance, and private credit matters.

During law school, Brian served as a law clerk and summer associate for a New York-based law firm and as a student attorney for the Community and Economic Development Clinic. Prior to beginning his legal studies, Brian worked as a paralegal and a legal intern.
