Casey Ballard
Casey is Head of Strategic Applications for Digital Legal Delivery's UK and EMEA teams.
Casey leads the design and delivery of technology-enabled legal solutions across disputes and transactional work. She works with clients to develop and implement solutions that support legal workflows, combining legal expertise, technology and process design.
Casey has extensive experience in end-to-end delivery, from identifying opportunities through stakeholder engagement to designing and deploying client-facing solutions. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams across Digital Legal Delivery and the wider firm, applying legal technology, process optimisation and emerging tools, including GenAI, to improve consistency, efficiency and client outcomes.
