Catherine practises in public law and commercial litigation, typically with an ESG component.
She also regularly appears in local courts for the firm’s Youth Shopfront Legal Centre Advocacy Scheme to represent young people experiencing homelessness in criminal cases.

- a company in relation to the novel duty to prevent sexual harassment
