- Société Générale in relation to a US$1.5 billion claim by the Libyan Investment Authority in relation to a series of derivative trades. The claim was successfully settled
- A large UK retail bank in relation to a voluntary remediation exercise arising out of criminal proceedings, associated large scale banking disputes and a FCA investigation and enforcement of breaches of Principle 11
- An international bank in relation to the successful settlement of €130 million claim involving allegations of bribery and transactions outside of capacity
