Danielle is a senior associate in our market-leading Head Office Advisory Team (HOAT) and ESG team. HOAT is Australia’s largest legal team solely dedicated to corporate governance issues and is the trusted advisor to a significant proportion of the country’s largest companies.
Danielle specialises in corporate governance issues, including board reporting and advice, market disclosure, director and executive appointments, executive incentive plans, and stakeholder engagement and activism. Danielle assists clients to enhance their governance frameworks and respond to emerging governance issues and market trends.
Danielle also advises on governance and remuneration aspects of corporate transactions, including IPOs and demergers.
In addition to her experience at the firm, Danielle has held in-house governance roles in Australia and the UK.
