David Ni
David brings more than a decade of experience in U.S. immigration law across a variety of different roles to his work helping clients navigate the complex framework of U.S. business immigration laws, global mobility, and policies.
His work includes advising on employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant matters, securing temporary work authorizations and employment-based permanent residence status, and counseling on best practices for U.S. business compliance.
David also advises on family-sponsored visas and handles nonroutine matters including the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. He assists clients in drafting responses to Requests for Evidence for various types of visas, Notices of Intent to Deny or Revoke, and appeals to the Administrative Appeals Office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.
Prior to joining the firm, David worked as an associate with the high-skilled immigration department of a boutique U.S. immigration firm where he advised clients on the National Interest Waiver and the EB-1A Extraordinary Ability Visa. Before that, David served as an associate with the largest global immigration firm where he also previously worked as both a paralegal and a law clerk. David also interned with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation during law school where he focused on litigation matters within the business immigration space.
