  • acting for a major Australian financial services provider in civil penalty proceedings commenced by ASIC relating to fees charged for ongoing services which were not provided · acting for one of Australia’s largest general insurers in defending civil penalty proceedings on insurance pricing promises
  • advising a corporation in connection with a claim for indemnity under certain insurance policies
