Edward is an associate in our dispute resolution team.

Edward is a Disputes lawyer in our London office. Edward has experience working on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, many of which have an international element.

Edward is also passionate about pro bono work and working with the community. He spent time seconded to the Advice on Individual Rights in Europe Centre (the AIRE Centre), a pro bono client of the firm, and is involved in advising for the firm's various pro bono programmes, such as the Toynbee Hall advice clinic. Edward co-chairs our London LGBT+ Network (IRIS) and advises on pro bono matters in the LGBTQ+ space both domestically and internationally.

  • advising a major OEM in relation to a consumer class action concerning diesel NOx emissions
  • advising a listed company on various compliance and regulatory obligations arising from nascent European sustainability legislation, including the Green Transition Directive
  • advising a life reinsurance and insurance holding company on various corporate advisory matters
  • advising a Swiss non-profit organisation on various jurisdictional update reports forming specialised country-specific resources for LGBTQI+ refugees and asylum lawyers. 

Background

Edward read Chinese at the Queen's College, Oxford, graduating with first class honours in 2020. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University (both with Distinction) before commencing his training contract at HSF Kramer in 2022.
