Eliza is a corporate lawyer with varied cross-sector M&A and advisory experience.
Eliza is an associate in the corporate division. She advises both Japanese and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A transactions, company advisory work and general corporate governance matters for listed and non-listed clients. She has practised in both London and Tokyo.
Eliza works with clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on financial services and fintech. She spent seven months on secondment to the M&A legal team at Lloyds Banking Group in London in 2024, where she assisted with a number of corporate matters including UK and international acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.
