Elizabeth is a solicitor in our Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team specialising in the procurement and delivery of projects in the infrastructure, renewables and broader energy sectors across Australia.
Elizabeth advises on all aspects of the procurement arrangements and commercial contracting including construction, connection, supply, operation and maintenance and other services.
Elizabeth is committed to working collaboratively with clients to deliver practical and relevant advice on all aspects of a project’s development and delivery phases.

- Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners in respect of the 750MW Capricornia pumped hydro project.
- A joint venture between Acciona Energía and EnergyAustralia in relation to the operation and maintenance of the Cathedral Rocks Wind Farm in South Australia.
- Lendlease Development in relation to its residential and commercial developments including the multi-storey residential tower Y7 in the Victoria Harbour precinct.
