Elizabeth is a senior associate in our dispute resolution team, who is based in our London office.
Elizabeth works in our London Financial Services Regulatory team, and has experience in advising banks, other financial institutions and individuals with respect to both internal and external regulatory investigations, including the handling of subsequent litigation claims that may arise.
She has also spent time on secondment within the UK legal team of a global cryptocurrency exchange, assisting with both UK-based and global regulatory investigations into historic business matters, as well as considering responses to HM Treasury and the FCA's recent consultation and discussion papers on the future of cryptoasset regulation in the UK.
