Eliza is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice based in the London office.

Eliza is a commercial and transactional lawyer advising on media, technology and commercial matters across a wide range of industry sectors.  Eliza has experience advising clients on all aspects of commercial transactions, including global supply and distribution agreements, advertising and marketing arrangements (including agency deals and sponsorship), franchise agreements and complex concession arrangements.

Eliza works closely with clients on their most high-value and strategic projects, including key players in media and entertainment, consumer and e-commerce.  Eliza has particular expertise advising multinational retail clients on strategic transactional and M&A projects, as well as a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters, including compliance with consumer protection law, online safety regulation and digital platform regulation.

Eliza has spent time on secondment at Burberry, where she supported its UK legal team on IT and technology related matters.
