- 100% shareholding of large-scale Australian energy company; and
- 45.44% shareholding in an Australian mining company, where both transactions required FIRB Approval.*
- Assisted in advising Vietnamese renewable energy company on its proposed acquisition of 100% shareholding in a 376MW Solar PV Farm.*
- Assisted in advising Vietnamese renewable energy company on proposed joint venture with Australian renewable energy company to develop a 330MW Solar Farm and 700MW 4 hours BESS Project in Queensland.*
- Assisted in advising Vietnamese renewable energy company on proposed acquisition & joint venture with Tasmanian eFuels company to develop 750-900MW Wind Farm Project in Northwest Tasmania.*
