- EQT on the take-private of Metlifecare, a listed retirement village operator, by scheme of arrangement
- Air New Zealand on a fleet refresh programme, obtaining debt funding, launching a capital raise, and other general corporate advisory and regulatory matters
- Eqwal on the purchase of Taska Prosthetics, a leading myoelectric prosthetic hand company
- Autosports Group on the acquisition of Auckland City BMW.
- Eke Panuku Development Auckland on the process for amending the berth licences for Westhaven Marina
- Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa on the transitioning of its catering business to Parliamentary Services

Background
Prior to joining HSF Kramer, Emily worked at two major New Zealand law firms. Emily holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Canterbury.
