Gemma is an associate in our London Dispute Resolution practice.
Gemma advises clients on a range of complex disputes. She specialises in banking and financial services disputes as well as trust and private wealth disputes, and her work often has an international element. She has also spent time on secondment to our Paris office, where she worked in our Arbitration team.

- Advising Standard Chartered plc in defending a claim brought under both Sections 90 and 90A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA)
- Advising Hipgnosis Song Management Limited and Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited in defending High Court proceedings involving allegations of dishonest assistance and knowing receipt regarding alleged breaches of directors’ duties
- Advising the trustee of a multi-million pound offshore structure on issues around their purported removal and disputes with the protector
- Advising the executor of a substantial cross border (onshore and offshore) estate.
