Gillian is an Of Counsel in the London Disputes practice.
Gillian is an experienced lawyer who advises clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including professional negligence and banking disputes, company and commercial disputes, civil fraud claims and enforcement issues. She has particular experience of acting for clients involved in large scale multi-jurisdiction or multi-claim matters. She has dealt with litigation in the High Court, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court and the Privy Council and arbitration disputes under the LCIA and ICC rules.

- acting for a major manufacturing company in alleged breach of warranty claims arising from the sale of a subsidiary
