Hannah is an Associate in the London office.
Hannah advises on a wide range of commercial matters including investment acquisitions and disposals, development projects, financings and all non-contentious aspects of asset management.
Hannah has acted for a broad range of UK based and international clients, including developers, real estate funds, public bodies, institutional investors, corporate occupiers and financial institutions.
Background
Hannah joined Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in 2024. Hannah has a degree in History and French (BA Joint Hons) from the University of Nottingham and an MA in French Language and Literature from University College London. Hannah previously undertook a six-month secondment to the Government Legal Department.
