Hedley is an Associate in the firm’s corporate practice with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sector.

Hedley advises a range of clients, including project companies and funds on private M&A transactions, energy and infrastructure projects and ESG matters.

Hedley previously spent six months in Harbour Energy's Aberdeen office on client secondment, where he worked on the Viking CCUS project and various other oil and gas matters.

  • Sandbrook Capital and Voltwise Power on the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of UK BESS projects from SMS Energy
  • Interpath Advisory, joint administrators of Toucan Energy Holdings 1 Limited, on the sale of Toucan Energy’s solar portfolio to Schroders Greencoat, for approximately £700 million

Background

Prior to converting to law, Hedley gained an MEng in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
