Henry is a senior associate in the real estate team in London.
Henry advises on a range of real estate services, and has acted on a variety of market leading and high-value property developments, sales and acquisitions, investment financings, and asset management matters for institutional developers, funds and international corporates and family offices.
Prior to qualifying into the real estate team in London, Henry had a spell on secondment at our Hong Kong office. Henry is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

- Aberdeen on various leasing and development matters and acquisitions and disposals across its retail park asset portfolio
- Almacantar on the £800 million mixed use residential, office and leisure redevelopment of Marble Arch Tower
- British Land on the regeneration of Canada Water, a 53 acre mixed-use development site in London which is one of the largest, single, multi-phased schemes in Europe (our role advising on this project has been recognised at the British Legal Awards, the Legal Business Awards and The Lawyer Awards where it won three "Real Estate Team of the Year" awards)
- Brookfield (formerly in joint venture with Oxford Properties) on its letting and development work at London Wall Place, comprising two high-end office towers, retail and public realm in the City of London
- Greenland UK on its sale of part of the Ram Quarter
- Cain International on a joint venture with Fusion Students, for the investment of £1.5 billion in purpose-built student accommodation across UK university cities
- Cain International and partners on the £680 million residential and mixed-use development at The Stage, Shoreditch
