Holly is an associate in our London Employment team and advises clients across a broad range of contentious, advisory and transactional employment matters.
Holly advises on large-scale share and business acquisitions, cross-border and domestic redundancy exercises, the appointment and termination of senior executives, grievance and disciplinary investigations, and high value and reputationally significant Employment Tribunal claims.
Holly began her career as a Solicitor in our Sydney office before joining the UK Employment team. Drawing on her Australian experience, Holly has developed a particular interest in the Labour Government's Employment Rights Bill, much of which has been inspired by Australian employment and industrial relations law concepts and processes, giving her a distinct perspective on the reforms and their practical implications for employers.
