Jack assists clients across a range of transactions and projects in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors. Jack has experience in upstream oil and gas mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commodity sales and transportation, as well as on public-private development and infrastructure projects.

Western Australian State Government on the Smith Street Build-to-Rent mixed-tenancy residential development project, the first in Western Australia.
Western Australian State Government on grant agreements in respect of social and affordable housing development projects.
Origin Energy on advice in respect of the Poseidon gas project.
WA Country Health Service on the new 10 year, $800 million aeromedical services contract with the Royal Flying Doctor Service WA.
Western Australian State Government in respect of the acquisition of a leasehold interest in the Cockburn mental health clinic.
