Jack Gross

Jack counsels and represents real estate investors, developers, purchasers and property owners in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters, where he represents landlords and corporate tenants in office and retail leasing transactions. Working closely with partners and senior associates across the firm’s real estate practice, Jack assists with all stages of a transaction, from due diligence and the preparation and review of transaction documents through closing and post-closing matters.

Jack first joined the firm as a summer associate in 2024. While in law school, Jack served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Leon Ruchelsman of the Kings County Supreme Court. Jack graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2025 where he was an active member of the Fordham Business and Law Association and the Fordham Real Estate Society.

Jack was also a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award while at Fordham.
