- Nuveen Real Estate and APG, investors in the Edinburgh St James joint venture, on the disposal of the W Hotel in Edinburgh to Schroders Capital for approximately £100 million
- Shaftesbury Capital PLC on the establishment of a strategic, long-term partnership with Norges Bank Investment Management for its Covent Garden estate
- Greater London Authority on the 50% interest in a joint venture with Lendlease and the Crown Estate for the further development of Silvertown Quays, London
- Gatwick Airport Limited on its acquisition of the World Cargo Centre from SEGRO Properties, bringing the cargo centre back under the airport’s operational control
