James is a corporate lawyer specialising in domestic and cross-border M&A.
James has experience acting on a range of corporate matters including private acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
In 2025, he was seconded to the M&A team of WTW, a NASDAQ-listed global insurance broker, to assist on a variety of cross-border transactions. He has also spent time working within the Company Secretariat team of The Weir Group, a FTSE 100 client.
