Jared represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditor committees and ad hoc groups, trustees and litigation trusts in high-profile Chapter 11, in- and out-of-court restructurings and cross-border proceedings. Both a certified fraud examiner and a certified public accountant, Jared’s litigation work includes bringing adverse actions for preference, fraudulent transfer, breach of fiduciary duty, alter ego and other insolvency-related claims. Jared previously worked with several leading bankruptcy and restructuring practices of New York firms. |
