Jessica Barge
Jessica is a solicitor in the Melbourne dispute resolution team.
Jessica has experience assisting on a broad range of commercial disputes, projects and investigations. She has acted for clients in a range of contentious matters including in litigation, adjudications and arbitration proceedings.
Jessica also assists government and private sector clients through governance reviews, compliance frameworks, and advising on compliance risks within transactional due diligence.
Jessica has significant public sector experience, having spent eight years working for the Queensland State Government in policy and advisory roles before joining Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts (Art History) from The University of Queensland. She is admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
