Jonathan Williams
Jonathan is a Senior Solicitor in our Digital Legal Delivery Corporate team.
Jonathan is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience working with clients across the commercial contracts, data protection and M&A spaces. This experience ranges from supporting in-house legal and business teams with the day to day drafting and negotiation of contracts through to large scale project work including corporate transactions, corporate restructuring, and regulatory repapering.
John works closely with the wider Digital Legal Delivery Corporate team to leverage legal technology to drive efficiencies in work processes and outputs.

Jonathan holds a first class LLB (Hons) in Law with Politics from Queen's University Belfast. He trained at the firm, gaining experience across a variety of different practice areas.
