Josh is a solicitor in the Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety team.

Drawing on extensive experience in employment law, Josh advises a broad range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious workplace matters. At Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, he works with clients across a variety of industries, including ASX 200 listed companies, large multinationals, financial services and banking organisations, health sector clients, and start-up and growth-stage businesses.

Josh assists clients to navigate the full scope of Australia's employment law and industrial relations framework. His work at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer spans enterprise bargaining, termination of employment, redundancy, performance management, workplace investigations, general protections, employment contract advice, and compliance with modern awards. He also has experience representing and advising clients in proceedings before the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
