Katerina is a senior associate in our corporate practice, specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.
She works closely with clients across industries to structure, negotiate and execute complex corporate transactions.
Prior to her London role, Katerina developed her expertise advising on corporate and transactional matters in the Australian market, gaining strong foundational experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial negotiations.

Katerina holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class 1) and a Bachelor of Media (Communications and Journalism) (with Distinction) from the University of New South Wales. She is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
