Katharine Rubery

Katharine has experience in all phases of litigation, including conducting research and drafting memoranda, managing large-scale digital reviews, preparing for witness examination, and drafting briefs. Recently, Katharine was a member of the trial team for a high-profile securities fraud criminal case in the Southern District of New York. Katharine also maintains an active pro bono practice, particularly in the area of family law. 

Katharine returns to the firm after participating in the summer associate program. While in law school, Katharine interned for the Honorable Esther Salas of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Loretta Preska of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office – District of New Jersey, where she assisted in the Criminal Division.
