Kathy is experienced in offshore initial public offerings and offshore bond issuances for PRC enterprises, with the majority of her clients being large state‑owned enterprises and leading private companies. She also has experience in commercial contract review, foreign direct investment and antitrust reviews for cross‑border transactions. Her native language is Mandarin, and she is fluent in English.
