Katie Daly
Katie is a solicitor working in our Australian Finance practice.
Katie specialises in real estate finance, fund finance, and social infrastructure finance, and has a wider background in general corporate finance, acquisition finance, and corporate restructuring. Katie regularly advises domestic and international financial institutions, funds and various types of borrowers, including leading Australian and international banks, property developers or fund managers, private credit funds, community housing providers, ASX listed organisations, government owned corporations and departments.
Background
Katie has completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington. Katie is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Victoria.
Before joining the firm, Katie worked as a solicitor in the banking and finance team of a national law firm in New Zealand.
