Kendall Moran
Kendall returns to the New York office as an associate after participating in the firm’s summer associate program in 2024.
During law school, Kendall served as intellectual property intern for a leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation, supporting its legal department, particularly on patent infringement litigation. His work included researching trends in global infringement disputes, identifying patterns in claims and case outcomes, and applying this analysis to influence departmental strategy. Kendall also helped to identify potential infringers of select patent families, informing the corporation’s portfolio development. He also participated in the Fordham Corporate Social Responsibility Clinic, advising companies on corporate accountability and governance issues. Kendall served as a research assistant for Professor Andrew Kent, the Joseph M McLaughlin Chair, contributing to his recent law review article in the University of Wisconsin Law School’s Journal of American Constitutional History.
While pursuing his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Kendall served as director of research for Dream Team Engineering, a student-led organization that designs cutting-edge biomedical technology and clinical studies for the benefit of patients at the University of Florida Shands Children’s Hospital, and as an undergraduate research assistant in the University of Florida’s Musculoskeletal Biomechanics Laboratory.
