Krittichai is a seasoned legal professional with experience in both public and private sectors. He has a deep understanding of securities law and regulation, honed during his six years at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC). In private practice, Krittichai has advised clients on a wide range of legal matters, including general corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, financial services regulatory, and corporate governance. He is well-versed in the legal, business, and regulatory landscapes of publicly listed companies and the investment industry in Thailand.
Krittichai assists clients with their outbound business expansions and advises multinational conglomerates on foreign direct investment and market entry strategies. His proficiency covers the full spectrum of mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance, including data privacy, employment, and other corporate matters. Background
Krittichai has a bachelor's degree in Business Law (Second Class Honours) from Chulalongkorn University and masters' degree in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown Law in the United States. He is qualified as a Thai Barrister-at-Law and is a current member of the Thai Bar Association. He is a Thai native speaker and is fluent in English.
