Background

Kulani holds a Bachelor of Arts (Law) and a Bachelor of Laws from Stellenbosch University. She completed a short‑study programme in International Criminal Justice at VU Amsterdam, interned at Cornell Law School’s Makwanyane Institute and is proficient in German.
