Lara is a corporate M&A lawyer with varied cross-sector and advisory experience.
Lara is an associate in the corporate division. She advises both UK and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including private M&A transactions and company advisory work.
Lara works with clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on consumer and financial services. Lara spent six months on secondment to the M&A legal team at global insurance broker WTW in 2022, where she assisted on a variety of international corporate transactions.
