Laura is a senior associate in our Corporate Real Estate team.
Laura advises private equity funds, institutional investors, REITS and sovereign wealth funds on a broad range of corporate real estate matters. Her work predominantly focuses on M&A and includes a range of UK and cross-border transactions across the office, hotels, logistics, PBSA and retail sectors. Laura has also worked on related financings, refinancings, restructurings and advises on day-to-day company law compliance.

Laura joined the firm in 2019 and completed her training contract in 2021 following a secondment to Man Group. As an associate Laura has also spent 8 months at Goldman Sachs.
