- Advised a company on its bid, design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of two border posts for the Department of Home Affairs PPP
- Advised a company on its design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a toll road PPP in Zambia
- Advised Africa Rainbow Energy & Power in respect of the financing of the equity investments in the SOLA sponsored PPA with ARM
- Advised Air Liquide S.A as joint offtaker with Sasol of renewable energy for their site in South Africa
- Advised Sedibelo Platinum Mine as offtaker of renewable energy from an ESG wheeling project in South Africa
- Advised Seriti Green Energy on its design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a power plant that will sell power to the private sector
- Advised IDC on its financing of the Redstone CSP project (as senior lender, BEE funder and community SPV funder) in South Africa*
- Group of Lenders on their financing of the project financing of Mozambique LNG*

Lebo is an admitted attorney. She holds a LLB (Cum Laude) from University of the Witwatersrand as well as a LLM in Business and Commercial Law from the University of the Witwatersrand. She also completed a PGDip in Leadership at the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
