Lucy Halliday
Lucy is a senior associate in the employment, industrial relations, and safety team, based in our Sydney office.
Lucy’s practice spans all aspects of the employment relationship, including senior executive employment arrangements, employment litigation, termination of employment, and workplace investigations. Lucy also specialises in WHS matters, advising clients on their WHS obligations, safety governance, compliance, crisis management and providing regulatory support.
Lucy has extensive experience advising clients in relation to the increasing crossover of employment and safety, including psychosocial health and safety, workplace conduct, investigations, whistle-blower protections and managing ill and injured workers. She provides support and advice to major Australian and international organisations, and adopts a commercial approach in assisting clients with understanding their legal obligations and navigating the complex employment and safety landscapes.
Lucy is valued for her ability to provide targeted and commercial advice to clients and is widely recognised for her personable nature, which helps her form enduring connections with clients.
