Lwazi is an admitted attorney and notary public based in the Johannesburg specialising in mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations, private equity and general corporate transactions in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. 

He has worked a number of clients and has worked across various sectors, including mining, financial services, healthcare and private equity including matters with Black Economic Empowerment elements.

Lwazi holds a BSc (Geology), BSc Hons (Geological Sciences) and LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
