Mathieu is a member of the Finance & Restructuring team based in our Paris office.
Mathieu advises lenders, including commercial banks, funds, multilateral institutions and development finance institutions, as well as sponsors and borrowers on the structuring, financing of acquisitions and projects in France and internationally.
His practice is particularly focused on acquisition and project finance transactions in the energy sector as well as real estate and infrastructure financings.
Background
Mathieu is a member of the Paris bar and holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the Université Paris V Descartes. He also holds a Master's degree in Common Law and Comparative Law from Université Paris Cité.
