- Queensland Government Bulk Water Supply Authority (Seqwater) – on the procurement of the Somerset Dam Improvement Project, which involves an alliance to raise the height of the dam wall and perform other upgrades to enhance the dam’s resilience to extreme weather, support long-term water security for South East Queensland, and meet essential regulatory standards
- CleanCo Queensland Limited – on the procurement of the Swanbank Gas Peaking Plant Project, a proposed 250MW gas peaking plant at the Swanbank Energy Precinct in Queensland
- Sunwater Limited – on the procurement and construction of the Barlil and Cooranga Weirs, including in relation to the development of incentivized target cost construction contracts
- Transurban – on the Logan West Upgrade Project, involving a partnership with the Queensland Government to upgrade approximately 10 kilometres of the western section of the Logan Motorway
- Powerlink Queensland – on the Calvale to Calliope River transmission project, including advising on the various contracts required for the delivery of the project

Michael holds degrees in Arts (Political Science) and Laws (Hons) from the University of Queensland. He has graduate diplomas in legal practice (College of Law) and applied corporate governance (Governance Institute of Australia). Before returning to private legal practice in 2019, Michael was the General Counsel of a large Australian business.
