Michael works on litigation and international arbitration matters.
Michael returns to the New York office as law clerk after participating in the firm’s 2024 summer associate program. He also interned with the Herbert Smith Freehills Kewei Joint Operation Office in Shanghai in the summer of 2023.
While studying for his LL.B at Shanghai Jiao Tong University KoGuan School of Law, Michael interned with the litigation and international commercial arbitrations practice in the Shanghai office of a Los Angeles-based global law firm.
