Mudiwa is a corporate associate specialising in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate restructurings and broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE).

Mudiwa has experience advising on both local and cross-border transactions. She has acted for domestic and international clients across a range of industries, including mining, FMCG, hospitality and energy, within both listed and unlisted corporate environments.

  • a leading multinational food and beverage company in respect of the disposal of its coffee-creamer business unit to a prominent industry competitor valued at approximately ZAR 1.1 billion (USD 63 million) (2024)*
  • advised on the restructuring and business rescue of Concor, including the renegotiation of two significant loan facilities, achieving a commercially sustainable outcome (nominated for Business Rescue Deal of the Year 2025 at the Dealmakers Awards)*
