Madeleine is a Partner in our Projects, Energy & Infrastructure team, specialising in M&A, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
Madeleine has experience on a wide range of transactions and advisory work, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, restructures and commercial contracts, primarily in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Her practice also spans project structuring and development, commercial contracts and sector specific Australian foreign investment law advice – Madeleine’s expertise means she is well placed to support clients through project development, acquisitions and sell downs.
Madeleine has been recognised by Best Lawyers - ‘Ones to Watch’ since 2022.
