Naomi is an Of Counsel in the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure group.
Naomi specialises in mergers and acquisitions with a focus on the energy sector particularly upstream oil and gas, renewables and the energy transition. Her experience includes supporting buyers and sellers on international M&A, both auction and bilateral processes.
She also has significant in-house experience, having been seconded to a supermajor in the UK.
Naomi is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales.
Naomi is currently applying to be registered as a Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi in Japan.
