Natasha is a disputes lawyer focusing on complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
Natasha's practice spans a broad spectrum of complex commercial disputes. She has extensive experience handling shareholder disputes, investment disputes, civil fraud and asset recovery, insolvency and winding-up proceedings. Natasha also advises clients on regulatory inquiries and leads both regulatory and internal investigations.
Natasha works with a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, listed companies, state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.

Background
Natasha holds an LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She qualified in Hong Kong in 2018 after training at a leading white-shoe firm and joined Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in 2025.
