Neil Joyce works on environmental matters.

Neil returns to the New York office after participating in the firm’s summer associate program in 2024.

Before beginning his legal studies, Neil worked as a senior business immigration analyst at a New York–based global business immigration firm, where he prepared and filed visa requests, advised clients on compliance with changing international travel policies during the COVID-19 pandemic and assisted in evaluating significant immigration policy changes across successive US administrations. He returned to the firm as a summer law clerk, assisting in the representation of foreign nationals with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. During law school, Neil served as a board member of the University of Michigan Law School’s Sentence Commutation Project and participated in the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court competition.
